Initial Steps *

Load and start dishwasher (Pots and Pans cycle) with: Crockery, cutlery and glassware from kitchen Glasses from bathrooms Internal tray and clear portion of coffee machine

Empty kitchen bins (Glenn 20 and air outside if necessary) and bathroom bins (place outside bathroom).

Put all blinds up making sure they are neatly aligned, in working order and mark/tear free

Open exterior doors to ventilate (only on days when it’s not too windy or there isn’t pollen)

Use air-conditioning to ventilate

Check for damage to furniture, carpets and walls, reporting immediately.

Strip beds checking for stains/damage - including duvet cover, flat and fitted sheets, all 4 pillowcases & 4 pillow protectors

Replace all 4 pillow protectors

Identify if mattress protector needs replacing

Count and check all towels for stains/damage

Bedroom/s *

Complete initial vacuum of bedroom including under bed and beside tables and attached ensuite bathroom removing all lint, hair etc

Make bed using all new clean linens & iron sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover

Clean all walls, doors, railings and fixtures/fittings as required

Clean glass/mirrors

Ensure there are 2 bath towels & 2 pool towels (as per photos)

Bathroom/s *

Clean shower with blue/yellow scrub, including scrubbing the floor

Clean vanity inside and out, including dusting on top of cabinet

Clean all walls, doors, railings and fixtures/fittings as required

Clean shower screen/glass/mirrors

Polish all tap ware and chrome

Clean toilet

Ensure there are 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face cloths & 1 bath mat (as per photos)

Complete final vacuum of bedroom and attached bathroom removing all lint, hair etc
